@Drajen, these are going to keep getting rejected unless you follow the guidelines. Frankly, I think it's best you collect all the team's original sources without the background removed and upload them as a pack.
But in this photo I think I followed the guidelines, there is 2-3 pixels above the top of the hair, the image is 250*250, there is a slight of collar, no snow, and the background is removed by the official website of the team, those photos are without background(they have a transparent one). I would stop to submit, but please be patient about what is wrong specifically in this one?

I refer you to my earlier posts on the matter. Cuts should be cropped much closer to the chin.
