Updated for patch 24.3, which created lots of problems. Currently working through them. Have fixed most of Europe, only some of the smaller countries to do. South America and USA done.
Instructions:
Put the stadium improvements.fmf in your editor data folder and start a new game.

What do you mean with the simatchviewer? Isn't that one allready in the data folder by default?

Well I didn't know that one existed! Wouldn't be too hard to find out if stadium improvements had the stadium fixes in and vice versa. Just need to look up stadium changes in the editor. If they don't match you could easily merge the files or just use both and test in game.
Simatchviewer is there by game default. @priority76 has swapped some files about to make some stadiums noticeably different. Eg Old Trafford. It's all a matter of personal preference. I've been mucking about with things myself, just a shame we cannot allocate changes to specific teams rather than by capacities.

@Charles van Nes I took a look at the stadium edit file from fm23. It looks like the stadium improvements file is a continuation of that, so I would only use that file rather than the fm23 one.

Hola cuando vas a ver un partido en football manager 24 antes de empezar el partido y después del descanso se puede visualizar en 3D la vista aerea del estadio. El problema es que dura sólo un segundo mas o menos y no da tiempo a verlo. Hay alguna manera de que la visualización aerea del estadio dure más tiempo y se pueda visualizar correctamente? I also have those annoying black video adboards. They used to work and now suddenly they do not!
I tried to figure out what i've done but can't figure it out!
Also tried everything from clear cache and even the repair button but still black!
My graphics are set to high and scala rendering at 25% but still.. you guessed it..black!
Maybe something to do with detail level? I am just guessing here!
Only things left is uninstall the game and delete the fm24 folder and start again and hope..

I don't know if someone has told you this, or if you even know it already. With FMRTE, you can modify quite a few things in 3D stadiums. You can remove entire stands or add roofs and remove them, as well as add tunnel entrances. (You can also play with the capacities of each stand to achieve different results.) Best regards.
