FM26 Logos > Clear Cache

Folks,

I have installed a logo pack into /graphics but the logos are not loaded, so i have to clear my cache, but how do you clear your cache in FM26? Am i missing the preference somewhere?

It's not needed anymore. Just drop everything in the graphics folder and open the game. All I transferred from the FM24 folder is showing un no problem.

For me, some clubs had their logos shown, while others did not. Not sure why…

Some logos in Italy are not showing. Others are working fine, kits and other graphics work fine, but logos are being blocked by something. At least for me 

 

delete the small folder in logos as not needed now

if you completely shut down the game and then open again, that should effectively clear chache and the things should then show…

Same here. I noticed that the facepack is somehow causing it - all logos are shown when the player pictures are not in Graphics. They might need some tweaking to adjust them to the new game

Same here. Not only Italy (like Serie A), other countries as well. Some logos of clubs in the same division get displayed correctly, and some don't.

I found that many teams have this situation, such as Chinese clubs

I only have an issue with the Serie A logo, no reason why.

Have you tried Real Madrid and see if its logo appeared?

No issues there for me, just the Serie A logo. Every other logo is working properly.

I have no issues with all logos in the game (apart from Serie A logo, but this may be fixed by installing realname fix).

If you haven't done that already, please delete any small logos folder if you have one, because that may cause it. 

It might be a conflict due to the unique filename requirement?

Don't suppose anyone has found a seria C pack for my planned sampdoria save?

Okay I've managed to solve this. The game seems to clear cache every time you close/launch. 

It's really important how you name your file scruture in your graphics folder. It has to be graphics>logos, graphics>faces. If you don't have it structured correctly, the pictures folder will only show faces and not logos I just had to move my face folder. I had it in another subfolder names pictures. Hope this can help other with the same issue. 

Some competitions logos are not showing, structure is perfect.

Serie A, Allsevnskan and Superettan are not showing their respective logo, while all other does.

I've posted this on our site to explain why there are issues with Serie A, Boca Juniors and other logos. Hope it helps clarify the current issue.

IMPORTANT

Please Note: FM26 currently has issues reading ID numbers that are repeated for more than one graphic. So if your wondering why your Serie A logo doesn't appear it's because it shares the same ID as the nation Mauritania. Despite having separate folders and config files FM26 currently only reads one. 

When I removed the Nations folder, the Serie A logo appears after a restart.The same applies for Boca Juniors and Chile Campeonato Nacional etc

My advice is to do nothing for the moment and wait for a fix from Sports Interactive. I'd imagine this will be rectified at full game release or new ID numbers will be issued.

EDIT: I have now updated all of our logo megapacks and they have been restructured. 

FM26 megapacks are available but are not compatible with FM24.

The reason for this is FM26 does not require the small logos and causes issues when they are present while FM24 requires them.

Would it be solved if we just removed Mauritania from the logos and config file? What is their ID if you have it handy please?

Yes if you remove the logo and line in the config file. The ID is 32.

EDIT: Make sure to close FM26 and reopen once you've done so. It is a wider issue though with several logos having the issue.

My advice would be to hold off making changes or at least make a backup first if you choose to do so.

This does not resolve the issue. I have attempted it.

For me it did. I went to nations-normal-normal folder, removed the logo “32” and then into config file, found the line for 32 and removed the entire line, save config.

then went into nations-normal-small folder and did the same.

Also, you need to change the folder name of your facepacks. On previous FM versions I had it as graphics/players, but now renamed it to “faces” instead of “players”. Quit game, start game again and all logos, faces and kits started working normally for me

I removed the logo 32. The config file was also adjusted accordingly, i.e., 32 was deleted... I deleted small folders everywhere because they are not supported correctly. My folder name for facepacks is faces anyway. None of this works after restarting the game. The Serie A logo is still not displayed. Neither are the Swedish 1st and 2nd leagues.

There must be another clash somewhere then.

It's a wider issue unfortunately mate as stated previously.

Allsvenskan shares the same ID as Togo

Superetten share the same ID as Uganda

Personally I wouldn't delete/change anything for now. It's an SI issue so I'd wait for full release or a fix. Not sure that will happen in beta though.

Also worth noting that some people are having to perform several restarts of to display any graphics.

Hey everyone, I wondered if anyone could help me here please.  I have just tried copying and pasting the AC Milan's bage (ID 1099) to the AC Milan Women logo (ID 2000169149), but after multiple restarts, nothing is appearing (I'm still getting the default logo).  Does anyone have any ideas as to why this is happening?  Cheers!
