First of all I would like to give a great thank you to all FM fans who choose to play with FLUTSKIN and always keep me motivated to still editing the skin and gave me new ideas!!!
A special thank you to all of players who decided to distinguish my work with a donation!! Although just a small part of FM Players who use the skin made a donation (I edited the skin as a hobby and, as you know, completely free), I always feel honoured and happy when people recognize the work done and decide to contribute. So, I reinforce, I have to give a special thank you to that friends of FlutsKin!!!!!!
Also a thank you to all the skin makers who indirectly contribute to my work, and a special thank you to PATRES10, from fmslovakia for the 2D default kits (especially tailor-made for FlutSkin), to MICHAEL MURRAY since I started editing the match inbetween highlights panel based on his amazing work, to QVORDRUP, for the metallic “Round country flags” and his great collaboration in the “country locator maps”, to NUNO KOPIO for the “Square shiny flags” I included as alt files (for using as an alternative to the “Round country flags”) to PMPOU for his great contribution with many tickets to customize the skin, to DAZS8 for his great work in the addons for Flutskin. I also thank you for the contributes made by NOLEAFWILEN and RICHBELL.
If you already know FLUTSKIN from the last seasons you already know what you wil find. It should be noted that if you expect to find a different style of the FLUTSKIN you will be disappointed. If you like it as it is last year you will be satisfied since the FLUTSKIN for FM24 is like FLUTSKIN for FM23 (there are just small things changed after the final version of FLUTSKIN for FM23).
In FlutSkin you can find so many changes comparing to the default skin that I can’t present all of them here (you can see a part in the screenshots) . I suggest you to go through the panels in order to see with your eyes all the changes!! For now, the pack doesn't include alt files. However, if you wantm you can use the alts for FM23 since I believe almost of them work properly in this version.

Now, the changes in this version:
- New club banner (also new alt with other banners made by NUNOKOPIO are included)
- New kit numbers (made by NUNOKOPIO)
- New operation of the ticket panel (now the ticket for European Cups, EFL and Bundesliga are displayed without the need to choose them in the tab; new tickets were also included for choosing according the league you are playing – Betclic, La Liga, Premier League, Serie A, Ligue 1, Ekstraklasa)
- New operation of the TV Logo during a match (now you have different TV Logos, according different competitions; I included an alt folder with many TV Logos for replacing the default TV Logos included by those you want; the alt folder included was made by DAZS8)
- New tab with hidden attributes panels included in Human manager and staff (for the information could be displayed you have to use In Game Editor – IGE)
- New option in the player pictures drop down arrow (Player Panel 1) with player hidden attributes (you must have IGE for displaying that information)
- New button in titlebar for showing editable IDs (done with the help of DARKSIDE63; this addon was adapted from SAS Skin and the credits are for SASMAZ and FMS skin makers)
FLUTSKIN FM24 V 2.0
Important recognitions regarding this version:
- I would like to express my special gratitude to Darkside63, who challenged me for most of the new stuff in the skin and helped me to implement them, and also to DasZ8, for the help regarding Social Feed and for the inclusion of the new Alt with Backgrounds Adds. I also reinforce my gratitude to all the skin makers and specially those I refer in the new changes of this FlutSkin version.
Now, the changes in this version:
- New social feed panel (adapted from the work of DasZ8 and EVO).
- New club overview panel (new staff pictures and information with rotating animation; new tab regarding “derbies”; layout tweaked).

- New match lineups panel (the 2 panels - lineups and table panels - were restyled entirely - it should be noted that I increased the time length for the lineups panel but if you want to see the second panel - with league and much more information - you should not click on the continue button; only after that second panel you should click on the continue button)
- New Scoreboards included (two new bundesliga2 style scoreboards were included - thank you darkside!!)
- Some tweaks here and there
FLUTSKIN FM24 V 8.0
- New TV LOGOS SELECTOR (now you can use the TV logo you want during a match; you can use the automatic selection, which automatically assigns the TV Logo of the competition you are playing, or the manual selection. There are more than 50 logos to choose from.
- New match lineups panel for UEFA Champions League, Europa League and Conference League
- Some tweaks here and there
The major change of this version results from teamwork. I had the idea of a TV logo selector, created it, made many XMLs for use and did the “final” adjustments of the Logos grouping. But Darkside had the great idea of grouping the items and creating the auto-assignment scheme (following his idea). Finally, DazS8 provided tons of great logos, which I added to mine for use in the default version, and are also included in one of the alts provided in the skin pack! Thank you, Darkside and DazS8, my friends!
FLUTSKIN FM24 V 9.0
- New TV LOGOS included (now there are TV Logos from many more countries around the world)
- New SCOREBOARDS included (now you have two scoreboards in Premier League style; the Portuguese Betclic League scoreboard and a version in that style but without the Betclic competition logo, so you can use it in any league)
- All the team colour problems of the scoreboards in v 8.0 are now fixed!
- In the social/news feed, the news images are now bigger (as requested by anpuerta5)
- Some tweaks here and there, and bugs fixed

Resolution requirements:
This skin was made to work properly in 3840x2160 (4K with windows display settings 200%) and also 1920x1080 (1080p) full screen mode, sidebar icons only. As a result, some panels won’t work properly in other resolutions.
[b]How to add Flut Skin in FM24[/b]
Download and extract the .zip file (using either 7-Zip for Windows or The Unarchiver for Mac).
Place the "fm2024flutskin_dark" folder here:
Documents\Sports Interactive\Football Manager 2024\skins
[*] Create the folder "skins" if it doesn't exist.
[*] Start FM24 and go to Preferences screen and then into the Interface tab.
[*] You should see FM 2024 Flut Skin dark - 10.0 as an option in the skin drop down of the Overview box.
[*] Hit the Confirm button.
Please note this skin is provided as is. It has nothing to do with Sports Interactive or SEGA and won't be supported by them.

MY FIRST FM26 COMMENT
Well... unfortunately, we waited two years (!) for the new version of FM, and it's a disappointment.
In my humble opinion, the only real improvements are in the game engine (I liked the players' movements, which are more realistic and have more technical details), the idea of two tactics (with and without the ball) and dynamic TV.
The graphics were a complete disappointment. It's not attractive, full of bugs, confusing, ridiculously small boxes with too much information, too many pop-ups, a ridiculous scoreboard, as well as the pop-up that appears when there are goals and many, many more things that are wrong, uninteresting and meaningless... The inability to reload the skin/game without having to exit and re-enter the game when we did a change in the graphics folders is a shame.
The inability to customise skins is an affront to the FM community!
And the logos bugs (many don't appear because of the already reported conflict) make me wonder what kind of shitty testing was done.
Sometimes I wonder what leads SI not to consider the feedback that FM fans have reported and suggested over the years.
Why not ‘dialogue’ with reference sites (such as Sortitoutsi or FMScout) about things that are mentioned every year by FM fans and would improve the game and immersion in it?
Now they've changed ‘everything’ and ‘ruined everything’!
And anyone who, in the future, if possible, dedicates themselves to improving the graphics (skins) will certainly have a Herculean task ahead of them (and it remains to be seen whether they have radically changed the code itself...).
For my part, I don't think I'll be able to take on this task - the years are weighing on me and relearning everything from scratch doesn't appeal to me, and I don't know if I have the knowledge to do so (as I've always said, I'm not an expert - I've learned about the code over the years, through experience and, often, through trial and error).
We'll see... I can only hope that new skinners will emerge, with the willpower, energy and knowledge to help us make the game more interesting.
It was good while it lasted! But I believe (at least for now) that FM26 closed a chapter of my life, full of challenges and pleasure which helped me to deal and, by moments, to "forgot" the real daly problems of the life.
A big hug to everyone who has always supported my work, which I have always done with enthusiasm for over ten years. Let's keep in touch here and all the best to you all!

Its such a shame but i regreattably must agree that this is could be the end of a chapter of great skins that in my opinion can never be matched.
When I first palyed FM26 I loved the 3d match but thats just about all there is to it, as I stated elsewhere it seems to be made for mobile, console etc and not Pc…..I think its the end of FM as we knew it.

Miles and team have taken the game backwards by at least a decade or more. I have every version since Domark original and have have never felt as let down with a new version.
the game is no better than the many free offerings on the Apple Store, there is no feeling of immersion or realism at all.
SI should be embarrassed by what they have produced (I doubt they care) they have taken 2 years to produce this appalling effort.
they have been obsessed with the women’s game, the of audience of which is miniscule, I have been a football addict for 48 years, holding a season ticket with Leeds since 1981 and would struggle to name more than a handful of female players, I’m simply not interested, I suspect like many others.
in closing I wish you and your family well and personally thank you for the many excellent versions of Flutskin, which made the game so much better (I’m sticking with my near perfect FM24 for now)

Which panel to modify for the match? The panels are offset. I am in 2560x1440 resolution.
At least I increased the right panel to 1873 but, the one on the left overall view no way to enlarge it a little

I certainly share your thoughts, comments and opinions of FM26, good buddy. What on earth were their thought processes when building FM26 ! They've bitten the hand that feeds them by not listening to the wealth of feedback on numerous forums. Clearly, the chances of elite skin builders, like yourself would find it a massive challenge to make radical changes and you view it as a bridge too far. We have so much to thank you for with your amazing skins in previous editions of FM, yet fully understand why you're not hopeful of continuing the legacy and iteration of FM skins. However, I'm staying with FM24 for now, so at least I can enjoy the beauty of your work. Stay safe and well my friend and again, thank you for your wonderful work over the years.

Flut needs help. I installed your skin and I can't see CA and PA in the correct places. Furthermore, the role and duty are empty and there is no comparison with other players in the position. CA and PA there are in ability.

Hello everyone.
I hope you're all having great campaigns.
Well, I reinstalled FM24 (I won't migrate to 26, maybe 27) but that's beside the point.
And with the reinstallation, I downloaded all the graphics again, installed them, etc.
And I really liked this skin, and I intend to use it.
However, either I'm very stupid or I really haven't found what's bothering me.
My graphics:
Facepack: Cut Out
Logopack: Metallic
Kitspack: SS
Extras: Backgrounds / Trophies.
So, what's bothering me a lot is that on the players' screen, the kit is generic and with very large numbers.
I searched here in the comments, read the tutorials in the alts folder, but I couldn't get it the way I want.
Is it possible to replace the kit (only the front part) with the primary one that appears on the club/national team's general screen? And would it also be possible to reduce the number on the back of the kit?
And would it also be possible to reduce the size of the kits a little, not too much?

I managed to make progress, but using other methods.
I made a copy of my XML that links to the kits and made changes to the lines using the update you mentioned as a reference.
But I'm still having trouble with the positioning/size of the kits and the numbers.
I managed to reduce the numbers, but my brain wasn't able to re-centralize them, and I reversed the whole process.

I'm close to finding the way that will satisfy me.
It's just a few details that are making me give up.
But I also don't know if it's possible.
In the player's overall view, we have 7 panels.
I want to remove the kits, both the front and back, from Panels 2, 5, and 7.
And on Panel 3, I've literally given up on adjusting the size and location of the number on the kit.
Regarding the float card in panel1 that you indicated, I needed to modify XML 42 to be able to reduce and center the numbers. It was a lot of work, but it worked.
Not everything is 100% as I want it, but I'm liking how it's turning out and it will be enough not to disturb my methodical brain.
But I'm giving up for today. I'll continue tomorrow; I already have a headache from copying and deleting, editing, etc. I literally don't have that much knowledge of computer programs; I'm the type who just wants to play games, and I'm already pushing myself beyond my capabilities.

I just have a quick question about the backgrounds. I can't get the player backgrounds to work, even though all the others work fine. Any ideas?
I switched from FM21 to FM24 (I was waiting for FM25 and then FM26, but I was very disappointed with the latter) and I had no problems with FM21...
