As you can see, in my game the West Brom have a different colour. Maybe that is due some addon you use. However, if you have the In Game Editor (IGE, which is a pay addon of SI) you can easily change that colours.

HiI believe that that file is in alts _FLUTSKIN_FM24_4.0\27 alt Flut Skin Background Adds\graphics\backgrounds\ALT\newsBefore extract the files, open the .zip and the respective folder and try to change the name of that file or remove the file.
Maybe there is a conflict. Don't forget to keep only this skin (and this skin version) in the skins folder of the game, clear the cache and reload the game.
