Not meaning to step on anyone's toes here but wondering if it would be an idea to compile a list of graphic types that currently work in the Beta as-is and what will have to wait until full release before people can have a play around and figure out what goes where? (Admins feel free to delete if this out of my remit)
Working:
- Match Balls
- 2D Kits
- Competition Logos
- Club Logos
- Continent Logos
- Player Faces (but not non-player due to no UID) - EDIT (Not including pre-existing non-player faces. To clarify, any face where the UID is known will work)
Not Tested:
- Trophies - Not seen anywhere for them to pop up
- 3D Kits - Team I'm managing has them included by default
Not Working/Notes:
- Nations:
I've seen part of the PGE on launch day. The structure here will definitely change.
- Backgrounds:
- Cities, Person Backgrounds, Nation Backgrounds and Fan Backgrounds are all directly affected by no skinning
- Stadiums: In the beta this doesn't open into a new tab so also no graphics present.
- Back Logos (Back left/Back Right), Huge & Small Logos don't have their own place in any category
Obviously we'll have a better idea when the game launches fully but just thought I'd give people a heads up, so hopefully someone finds this useful.

I should probably mention that for the most part, not nesting folders seems to be the key… especially compared to FM24.

3D Kits are working.
Logos are working but small Nation logos looks weird. It appears to be squeezed from below and above. (maybe it appears to me only)
And SI should fix the white bar that appears above the players' minifaces.

I see what you mean about nation logos. I just had a look at one of the profiles and yeah something is definitely not right there. I'm wondering if it's geared up for flags instead as the shape does seem condensed.
For anyone struggling to replace newgen faces, it should be noted, in the config part it should look like this:

as this:
<record from="2002116850" to="graphics/pictures/person/2002116850/portrait"/>
won't work.

I do not believe 3D kits are working, as the model has completely changed from that which was used in and up to FM24. If you have found a work-around, then please share.

Only issue is on the loading menu page (the one with the changing room), the kits colours are inverted but in game they work fine

Graphics that work on FM24-all of them ;-)
i gave up with 26 as i dont want FM Mobile on my high end PC, so got a refund which i will use to donate to people like MetzFM when he updates his commentary files for 24

Nothing as of yet. There are pics floating about of different kits that people have made but no full league packs yet

I cant seem to replace newgan faces either. Created a regen folder with an xml but it changes nothing

For anyone struggling to replace newgen faces, it should be noted, in the config part it should look like this:

as this: (Does not work)

won't work for NewGens
In the config you absolutely must have the “r-” before the number. I've bold and highlighted this in the example above

I feel that. I get GPT to generate the ones for my club. Looking forward to eventually updating staff too. Only 5 more days lol.
