All issues with failed downloads/ slow download speeds for Premium Members use this thread[Read the opening post before posting]

Can all Premium member users having issues with slow download speeds  or failed downloads/ files partially downloading use this thread to post your issues in full

NB State clearly what file the issue is with and post an image or full details of the exact server you used so the site Admin can address any issues quickly

You need to also state what browser you are using and if you are also using any Download Accelerator/Apps to manage Downloads.

Tips to try to resolve the issue
1.Try a different browser 

2.Try using incognito mode or similar options for your browser- as sometimes this resolves throttling issues

3.Try a Download Manager I use a free one https://www.freedownloadmanager.org/ 

4.Try Downloading a different file from here

5.Try a download from another site

6.Run a Speed test

If still getting issues post in this thread and state what you have tried to resolve the issue users need to tag the site Admin into your posts and do so correctly eg @Footygamer if it isnt showing up in blue like this you haven't tagged him correctly😉



Please be aware the site Admin is based in Australia and so be patient until he replies as he is the only person who can assist with the issue if it is server related

Hi mate FYI had this file drop out and re connect a few times, and speeds were up and down ranging from under 1MBs -30MBs

no big deal just for you to be aware could have been a temporary glitch

Update: here another screenshot... downloaded with JDownloader, otherwise in case of issues the download manager of the browser wouldn't resume the process.

THIS TOOK THE WHOLE NIGHT AND IT'S NOT COMPLETED YET!!!

I'm PMing you an alternative link to see if it is quicker.

As you can see for me it is a perfectly reasonable 27 minutes and we are not getting any other complaints from the fileserver which suggests to me it's an issue at your end, or was possibly a temporary error with that one connection being overloaded.

I get really decent speeds for different files but about 1-2 mins in it goes down to 0 kb/S and doesn't resume. I've tried pausing, resuming, incognito, different browsers, different files, different attempts. Any ideas? 

Ok this was a clear issue my end - too many compute intense things prevented the download - a reboot and reduction in things running and it worked like a charm!

I have an issue with one of the megapack downloads. specifically metallic logos megapack updates 2022.08. tha page/files wont open, i got 524 error after timeout with no response.

its just that one, any other download works fine. could you help? thanks

edit: 2202.09 also didn't work. the same 524 error

I think this was a temporary error that should be resolved now

Sorry @Footygamer but I tried it again and i still cant open the download page for metallic logo 2202.08 & 2202.09. I still got timeout error.  I can still open and download 2203.04 as seen below

Hey @cbtendo you are absolutely right, I found the problem now and fixed it, really sorry about that.

By the way if you have missed multiple change files in the past it can sometimes be easier to just download the most recent “complete” pack since you're a premium member.

Totally up to you how you keep your packs up to date though 🙂

i got problem with the download speed.

it seems like paying for premium membership not even speeding the download.

as for now, i've only got 25kbps where i can get 4/5mbps elsewhere.

@keithyboyz you are probably clicking “Download” in the navigation to take you to the download page. Scroll down to download.

Hi, just subscribed and i have a problem. I cannot dowload anything i dont know why. I click on download and it tells me that the website is not answering. Im using Microsoft edge.

1 hour ago more or less i could and did download some files from this website, but now it doesnt let me, it crashes. I tried with incognito mode but it does not work neither. Turned off and on the PC and still nothing. I need some help, thank you.

All download links appears to be down or not showing for Throphies ou Stadium background.

The free download should be working fine, it's the external mirrors that are currently missing and will be added soon.

Can you confirm this is the case @jonasthern or do you literally mean that you're seeing all download links are down? In which case can you provide some more evidence, preferably the URL and an error message.

Even if i choose to download the complete pack, there are no links.

Ah I see the problem is the old “change” files not the larger “complete” file?

I’m having trouble downloading the FM26 3D Kits via the free download option. The download consistently fails around 35% and shows an HTML error. I’ve attached two screenshots that capture the error.

@Miky51cz can you confirm you definitely have enough disk space on your computer and that your computer isn't going to sleep and causing the timeout?

I have sleep mode disabled and 107 GB of free disk space.

I have a paid membership, but can't use the premium option for a fast download. What's wrong?
This has always worked before.

According to your profile, I don’t see any purchases/shop orders associated with your account.

Do you possibly have another account on these forums against which your membership is assigned?

This is wild! 200kb/s download on a 4+ Gb file. Its taken 50 minutes to download a 244MB file here, and I still have 5+ hrs to go on the 4gb file lol! Have checked my download speeds and I'm sat anywhere around 60-70mb/s. I refuse lol thats just obnoxiously bad. 

You can switch the free servers off in your account settings if you prefer
