@Abenragala, these are some good cuts that you're doing but:
a) keep in mind that the face should be straight-on, rather than slanting or at angle; i.e. the eyes are ideally in a straight line and parallel to the top or bottom of the cut.
b) Snow is the colour from the background of the cut which was not totally removed. It is often white (hence ‘snow’) but it can be other colours. It can often be easily removed by putting the cut through remove.bg.
