hi everyone, is there any solution how i can set up my manager photo? i tried to do it putting photo in faces and with r-ID do it in config but nothing working

It's been pushed alot on the SI forums as an issue and annoyance they removed the option. As yet nobody seems to have found a workaround - the fact you can't even hide the horrible Newgen face for the manager either makes it even worse.

so what do you think they did it on purpose or there is a hope it will be added to the game soon?

They just didn't bother to keep it. As per about 100 other quality of life features. It's mentioned in both feedback an bug threads for the game on SI forums

I see an ID now on my profile page. This wasn't there before. Going to check out if I can add my picture with a config file.
EDIT: won't work 😢
-picture meets the requirements;
-placed it in a separate folder under the graphics folder (manager picture) with a separate config file just for this picture. Tried out several options in the config file (just the ID, r-ID, R-ID) nothing works ingame;
-placed the picture in the faces folder (where the pictures of the megapack are also situated) Tried out the same config statements. Again no result.
