@Chino Recoba, the source image is large enough for a 250x250 cut, plus we want images to be cropped closer to the chin, nudging the collar up when it's much further down than that (as in this source).

@mons I understand and thanks for the feedback. Don't you think this most recent submission is somewhat rotated? Photo is not fully straight compared to the first one.

I felt the first was tilted, and this is more upright.

I think both are somewhat tilted, but that last one even more. Just draw a horizontal line that would connect both eyes: they are not in the same line. I have resubmitted an update, hope it works. Thanks!

Upon second glance, I think you're right - mine's a few degrees tilted to our right more than should be needed.
