You must rotate the image and clean the snow in hair.

Yeah I ran it through remove bg several times the snow won't go away. If anyone has a better software then go for it.

The easiest way is to place the results of remove BG in Photoshop, 

create a new layer at photoshop with a white background, 

save it, and go back to removeBG. 

Usually, all the snow will disappear.

Use photopea, it's a free online equivalent which is perfectly legal and essentially identical.

Photopea can use all the commands similar to Photoshop, you know.
