For example, please remember that we want all cuts to include a little bit of collar. At the same time, the ideal cut only contains 2-3 pixels beneath the chin. Since in some sources like this one, the person in the image may have a longer neck than usual, this would be quite difficult to achieve naturally.

You're still starting out as a cutter, and these teething problems are inevitable. No one became an expert overnight, and you won't know how to improve if you don't get feedback. Keep at it 😉
Someone uploaded another photo above, with that photo it is possible make it with little bit of collar, but anyway he has open mouth with visible teeth again.. It is very limited to make proper photos from Slovak lower divisions… I have full photo squad of OFK Baník Lehota pod Vtáčnikom, but it is dark, and when i adjust brigthness in PS, it looks weird and even worse, than darker version before.
