ID changed in this FM. In previous versions his ID was 2010481. There are some existing cutouts for the old ID, but I've uploaded this picture, so consider it an improvement or a missing one.
Due to licensing reasons, Bergkamp is no longer in the default database and the UID is the one used when added to the game through the licenses fix file. However the UID is not fixed and when you run other editor data files alongside the licenses fix file, it changes, which is why we don't accept UIDs not from the default db, and which is why I'm rejecting your request.
