Just been messing with this and for some reason the fmf file is available to extract but when you put it into your FM24 editor data folder, its not available to load before starting a new save. Ive checked it on the editor aswel to see if it was just the game not reading it but the editor isn't reading that the file is there either. 

This is may help explain the couple of other queries on the thread and the other FM24 real results thread. 

Please see photo - Left side is your folder which is correct then right side is what the game & editor is reading - its missing the no date changes contracts.fmf file.

Hi, is there any update forecast for the promoted and relegated teams in the Brazilian league?

Small issue with ref 2000209701 (David Carreira) - Should be on loan at Atletico Coruna Montaneros. He's showing as on loan on the website but hes not on the FM24 update. Ive attached photo.

I believe this is because that club was not in  the FM24 database. They have only been introduced by the FM26 database…thus, there is no club record for them to attach to in the FM24 Data Update.

Some Loans are still showing as 0% salary contributions. I've checked the 4 loans at Deportivo de La Coruna & they're all showing as 0. Is it possibly the data that has been submitted? I also checked Almeria fc & there loans are showing salary contribution's.

Couple more issues I've found, if they could be corrected please.

• Alex Rodriguez - 67263533 - Should be Performance Analyst (1st team) but showing as a 1st team coach on the game & editor.
• Dani Bea - 1509442 -  Should be a Coach (u19 team) but showing as a coach for the 1st team on the game & editor.

true. it is happening for other clubs/leagues/countries as well

This also happening at other clubs. It's inflating staff numbers and leaving youth teams with no staff!

Hopefully it will be fixed when @Footygamer sees this and gets chance 🙂

Hello, I recently bought the Enhanced FM24 Data Update but the file I download seems to not include dynamic datas nor does it seem to include any ability changes, seems like it's the same as the free version? Is there a reason for this or am I doing something wrong? Thank you in advance.

On the fm26 data update, I've noticed that nearly all of the added players all default their nationalities to England (at least for me), got a load of 15-year-olds in Ecuador being born in Crawley lol. Any idea what the problem is?

This was an issue that was impacting both the FM24 and FM26 Data Update not too long ago (due to a back-end processing issue). Specifically, it was impacting versions released between 16th - 18th January. Believed to be fixed since then.

I can see you have re-downloaded the Data Update more recently than that - is your report based on using the latest version you've downloaded? I have cross-checked the latest version, just now, and am seeing the players all have the correct nationalities in the Pre-Game Editor.

No you're right, I was pretty sure I was using a newer version than from the 16-18th, but it's fixed now. Sorry for bothering you lol.

It's no bother - I'd rather it was a false-positive and not that the fault/issue has actually returned! Happy gaming.

Asier Villalibre - 67195730 - Loan not showing in-game to Santander on the FM24 Update but is showing on the pre game editor. Any suggestions please?

Loan clauses should be fixed in the next update.

still showing 0 salary for the loan players.

I mean, the players salary still paid by the initial (owner) club which is not realistic.

is there any way to fix this issue?

@Footygamer Unfortunately I can confirm the salaries are still showing as 0% contribution for the loan players on the majority I have come across. Could it be an option to be added to the data update where when somebody submits a loan, If they have the info it can be added on the submission page? Or even a default % wage contribution for the loaning club at say 50% as an example. Only lower league clubs would pay 0% of the wages when loaning a player.

I think the Deportivo La Coruna loans that I initially added on here, most of those loans would be at least 50%. FM26 probably has the contribution % already, its just FM24 doesn't, especially with the amount if changes to the database since 2023/24.

Okay this has puzzled me a bit but I think I solved it. It seems like back in July 2022 I hard coded something to always skip over loan wage percentage and i've only just rediscovered this. Unfortunately I can't remember why I did that, I assume it was causing problems but I can't find any notes or threads from that time to remind myself.

I've disabled it for now and it should definitely be in the next update now.

I've confirmed this via the “live” update which has Jhon Duran at 100% wage percentage.

Free users will have to wait till the overnight update.

If anyone spots some with existing issues please report specific player names (and preferably IDs) rather than saying something vague like “i've noticed some players still aren't working”. Thanks alot 🙂

Just incase some people are annoyed or confused by the constant back and forth i'd like to explain that it's possible for me to write and deploy code from pretty much anywhere at any time, but it's not always possible for me to load up FM and test these things, so I really appreciate you guys testing it and giving feedback, but also i'm sorry you have to do that ideally i'd only ever deploy things that are 100% confirmed working.

Brilliant 🙂 I cant test anything until tomorrow now but im happy to keep testing for if needs be as I won't be starting a new save until after the transfer window.

Is there an option for a data update that only includes the newly added players? Cause truthfully I'd rather use SI's winter transfer update for the players and staff seeing as they have a giant team of scouts and analysts, whereas we're a bunch of guys online lol. But at the same time I'd rather die than lose JJ Gabriel.

It's not really clear if you're talking about FM24 or FM26 or what you mean about using SI's team of researchers. Are you talking about the abilities, they are also in their own seperate file called “Player Attributes” which you can choose to use or not.

I have same issue, recently got back to FM24 and downloaded the Data Update and there is only sortitoutsi.net FM24 Data Update - Player History file in Optional folder, I remember having multiple options few months ago

The files are now dynamic every 20 minutes they change so each download is unique.

I can confirm most of the loan players salary is now paid correctly but I think winter transfers loan percentages are missing. Example :
