@Yves Martinez we want the player's face to fill the canvas for the 250px cutout, which would mean cropping the image along these red lines:
At the same time, we want all cuts to include a little bit of collar. Since in some sources like this one, the person in the image may have a longer neck than usual, this would be quite difficult to achieve naturally.
Here's a video of the process on how to nudge the collar upwards:
I'll fix this cut myself, but please make sure to keep it in mind for any future images you may upload 👍
@Jão Andrade, some of these look awfully like they've been enlarged with AI tools. Can you provide the original source image for this one please?
Here, my friend, I only use AI to improve the quality when there aren't high-quality photos available, but I never post photos here that aren't true to the player.

Here's another photo of the player. I think it's worth including these photos so there aren't any left. I'm very particular about the photos, and I think these quality improvements are worthwhile. Do you really prefer it to be without any just because it was done with AI? It's 100% faithful to the player; he plays for the team I support and know.

Using AI to enlarge does not result in faithful images. Post the original source image so that we can compare it and see.

The AI I use not only improves the quality, but also takes the person's photos and generates a faithful frontal image with all their features. I only use it for people who don't have good photos to post. If you compare it to the photo I sent, it's identical.
It's a little newer, but compare it and you'll see that it's identical. I always worry about that.

I really can't be bothered to discuss this. Just don't ever do it again.
