I'm doing this using Photoshop, and they're not snow, they're hair.
Snow is the colour from the background of the cut which was not totally removed, generally on top of the hair. It is often white (hence ‘snow’) but it can be other colours. It can often be easily removed by putting the cut through remove.bg.
The above screenshot of another cut from this pack shows the issue a lot more visibly than in this particular cut.
Here's a video on how you can easily remove any remaining snow thereafter within Photoshop:

It looks like you'll have to re-enter some of your edited images into remove.bg, as there's still a lot of snow on the tops of their hair.
