I'm sorry, but I don't have the time to do that. Ask any questions you may have in the thread and the community will surely give you the feedback you wish. I suggest that you upload a cut or two in there at first (also including the source images) and wait for feedback before doing any more. This will make sure that you can incorporate the feedback in your future cuts 👍

The focus of the cut should be the face. The ideal cut has the face in the middle, with an equal amount of distance on both sides between the ears and the side of the cut. The face should also be straight-on, rather than slanting or at angle; i.e. the eyes are ideally in a straight line and parallel to the top or bottom of the cut. Finally, space above and beyond the face should be minimized. We want the player's face to fill the canvas for the 250px cutout, which would mean cropping the image along these red lines:
