Mijic loves getting sent off. 2nd time for me in this stint. Fined him a weeks wages and he whinged. Other then that was a massive performance they never threatened once even after the send off. Huge win keeps us 5 points off leaders Arsenal.

Two sloppy defensive errors (Svoboda and Marshall) saw us lose an even game. Next up Man Utd, who has 8-0 on us in three games this season...

I have made two loans for some versatile midfielders. I would like to find a proper replacement for Potter, but we only have 4 M available.

Own Goal seems be our new top scorer. This time it was our old goalkeeper Murphy who got the ball in the back of his head after Adams free kick hit the bar.
Meanwhile in another dimension Arsenal had a fine derby day.

Thought I would post this here. Itchy and I decided to try versus for the first time. Our FGR team against my Werder team. I was schooled. To be fair though our FGR team is competing for the Premier league and my Werder team are struggling in the Bundesliga. We could have some fun with this. Maybe even try and FGR vs FGR game?

The FA cup. A reserve team put us through against Championship side Rotherham. Arsenal stays on cloud 9.

Fourth game without conceding. Massimo Bruno, a right winger on loan from Newcastle scored his first goal for the Rovers.

An easy win over bottom placed Wolves. Our Asian players are back, and Sugiyama started on the right wing, got the ball after kick off and dribbled passed his defender, sent the ball into the box for Maguire to head down to Adams - 1-0 after 17 seconds, a new record for FGR. We still sit in fouth, but only 3 points off City now.

Ivan Mijic has stepped up as the natural replacement for Potter in the midfield. With Isco, Shelvey and Sugiyama as more attacking options I didn't feel like we needed anybody else. This result gives us a good chance of move on to the next round.

This finish my stint. Forgot to take a screenshot of the table, but, if I recall correctly, we're still 4:th, 3 points to City and about 10 points up to United and Arsenal.
I will go away on vacation for two weeks, so Cymro and Spanky, you carry on and I will tell you when I'm back. I will follow your progress carefully. Aim for the CL title! Good luck.

Big win for the Green Army. Could have scored more. Barkley had a goal chalked off for an apparent foul but the referee got it wrong.

Ethem's first half goal booked us into the next round. Really happy with this and we pocketed £3.04m for going to the next round.
