Looks like you mispelt your email address, which won't have helped. I've corrected the typo now. It's your yahoo.co.uk email if that helps.

Hello, I am also having issues using hotmail.com for recovery of old account - i have had to create a new account with a google email address to post as no one was helping in discord.
Please can you help me with recovery of my old account ? [email protected]

Also having the exact same problem trying to reset the password for my other (paid) account. I have requested the reset password email about 15 times over the last few days and it never comes through, and yes I have checked my junk folder. I have had to create this account just to comment.
Please can someone help, especially as I have a paid account that is only about 4 months into the year.

Yes, who would have thought an admin might read a thread that had gone to the top of the support forum, that had been bumped from the last comment a month ago. Silly me.
