Hi
Can anyone please help.
when i download a graphic ie:facepack, facepack or kits, when i go to the game to load them into the game, thay dont appear.
I have only had this problem in the last week, never had this problem on FM19 main game or Touch 19.
it is very frustrating, i only have to graphic that are on the game.
i you can help i would appreciate your advice.

It's likely you haven't installed them correctly.

Can you give me a screenshot of the folder you've placed the downloaded graphics in please?

If I’ve already paid £10 to download from the site 

why do I have to pay again for the full update pack?
