Lead up to this match wasn't exactly good with Isco injuring himself and missing 2-3 weeks.

2 minutes into this game Sanchez passes it straight to Montes and they score. They dominated shots and possession but we hung in there. The man Sachez makes up for his mistake scoring from a corner and also earning MoM.

Off to our first final

Unfuckingbelievable...... My new favorite moment in FGR history.

Sanchez again with a mistake before his center back partner made up for it to equalize. Hamzaoui was brought on with Adams not doing much and was taken down in the box for Ozcelik to cooly slot home the winner and our first Champions League title......

Also should mention that like the semi final against Real Madrid, pre match was disrupted with Mijic getting injured in training. Add that to the Sanchez mistake and surely things had to end the same way and they did

Tabanou is retiring. 34 years old, not much game time and clears 36k per week from the budget. Search for new left backs is on now as Makintosh is 29 and not the best either.

Paulista, Sanchez, Marshall and Mijic made the champions league dream team. 3 of our back four and the player who missed the final through injury. Great effort, shows how good our defence is even though they aren't the greatest players in the world.

Paulista scored his first goal for Brazil in a 6-0 win over Iran.

He may be 33, but how often will we get to manage someone like him. Look at his stats still incredible at that age plus he joins on a free.
He's on 74k per week for us so a pay cut from Utd but he's also only with us for a year.

Outstanding effort Spanky fella!!!

I'm pretty convinced that the issue with Sponsorship is still a big that SI have failed to address.

It was a pity Southampton didn't go down because they have some handy players.

Also hope the board might upgrade the stadium past 12k now.

Signed for 60k value jumped to 1.1m straight away. Sign of how good he will be? Just look at his communication and command.

Yeah Cymro very uspet they didn't go down because I really want that McLaren fella who can play right across the back. Made some more bids for him but they won't go lower then 24m.

Tried to upset him but didn't work, he just said he hoped I'd make a formal bid.

Will finish this up tonight, State of Origin was last night so went out and got on the piss lol.

I will only do two months for now Cymro so you can have a crack at the transfer window but then I think we should look at doing 4 month stints until Itchy gets back so we aren't doing the same time period all the time.

New Assistant Manager. Lost Gary Seward when I took over the save and the majority of the staff. So having to replace them. Zenden is a big coup for us.

Set the club back a bit, but certainly worth it. The lad will develop into a quality player in the club, not only that but he's English also which makes the squad more domestic based than what it is.
