FM Dossier is a live companion tool for Football Manager 2026 that reads your open save and turns it into clean, useful football decisions.

No spreadsheets. No manual exports. No complicated setup.

It is built for managers who spend too much time comparing roles, attributes, wonderkids, bargains, squad gaps and national-team eligibility pools — and want all of that information in one place.

What Is FM Dossier?

FM Dossier gives you three different ways to read the same save:

Scout Mode

See players through the same fog of war your scouts would.

Attributes appear only as far as your scouting knowledge allows: exact values, ranges, gaps, or nothing at all.

This is the immersive way to use FM Dossier if you still want your save to feel realistic.

Full Mode

The complete truth.

Every player, every visible attribute, role fit and profile detail, with no fog. Ideal if you want a complete analytical view of your save without clicking through endless in-game screens.

Moneyball Mode

A value and efficiency lens.

Stop asking only “How good is he?” and start asking “How worth it is he?”

Pick a strength — Slight, Moderate, Harsh or Extreme — press Start and play.

Your side competes at the level you chose automatically, with nothing to press during matches.

• Everything is applied to live memory while you play
• All changes revert the moment you stop the companion
• Completely optional and downloaded separately from inside FM Dossier
• Enable it when you want it or ignore it entirely when you do not

Because it works alongside a running game, some antivirus tools may flag it. This is expected for this type of tool, and you remain fully in control of when it is downloaded and when it runs.

Why I Made It

I wanted something that felt like a proper football department tool, not another spreadsheet.

Football Manager gives you a huge amount of information, but it is spread across many different screens. FM Dossier is designed to make that information easier to understand and act on.

It helps answer questions such as:

• Who is actually the best fit for this role?
• Which wonderkid is worth chasing?
• Which expensive player is not providing enough value?
• Where is my squad too thin?
• Who belongs in my national-team pool?
• Is this player genuinely good, or just famous?
• Is this signing a bargain, or is it a trap?

FM Dossier is not meant to play the game for you.

It is meant to help you make better decisions faster.

Views Included

Player View

Detailed player dossiers with role fit, attributes, fingerprint radar, scouting state, value, contract, release clause, fitness, personality, eligibility, progression and recommendations.

Team View

Browse clubs by country and competition.

Jump directly into squads, leagues and recruitment markets, map your squad depth and plan transfers with the Keep / Fringe / Sell / Incoming board.

Nation View

Browse national-team pools, eligibility groups and age categories, including senior, U21, U19 and U17 teams.

Plan your call-ups and build long-term international squads. This is especially useful for international management, one-nation saves and youth scouting.
