How to make your FM26 look like FIFA!
Experience your most emotional match scenes exactly as if you were watching a real TV broadcast! The 3D-LiveActionCam captures the action on the pitch dynamically and fully automatically from spectacular, cinematic camera angles.
With this massive update, the mod transforms the entire matchday experience. It brings an intelligent event-tracking system, in-game camera controls, and dramatic slow-motion effects directly into your game.
PATCH NOTES V3.0:
π₯ 9 Brand New Perspectives: Look forward to new angles, including a referee first-person cam, more celebration cams, and a spider cam.
πΈ Perfect for Screenshots: You can now pause and resume the camera at any time using the Spacebar β ideal for taking your time to capture the best snapshots of the match.
π¬ TV-Style Camera Sequences: Goal celebrations just got more dynamic! After a goal, the camera no longer just stays on the goalscorer, but seamlessly switches to capture your manager's emotions on the sidelines.
π« Nameplates Removed: The player UI is completely hidden during the action, providing a clean, realistic look without any distracting elements on the screen.
Key Features
Create Your Own In-Game Cameras (NEW): You can now set up your own camera perspectives directly in-game! Press the J key to save static cameras instantly, or use the 9 key to set start and end points for dynamic camera paths. These profiles are saved stadium-specifically.
Community Sharing: You can find your created cameras under BepInEx/plugins/3D-LiveActionCam/CustomCams/ β simply share the text files with the community!
IMPORTANT: The in-game key controls only work in custom stadiums and strictly require the installed FreeCam Mod (by Bassyboy)!
BallCam & Slow-Motion (NEW): A brand new, intelligent ball-tracking camera that offers a configurable slow-motion effect for maximum drama in decisive moments.
Anti-Lag System (NEW): The ball-finding logic has been completely rewritten and now uses a clever caching system to prevent performance drops during camera transitions.
Advanced Event Tracking
The camera no longer reacts only to goals but automatically targets the most important key scenes of the match:
Manager Focus: Captures emotional reactions on the sidelines.
VAR Cutscenes: Spectacular stadium flyovers and cinematic camera sweeps during VAR decisions.
Defensive Heroes: Special camera angles for reflex saves, goal-line clearances, or last-man tackles.
Injuries & Scuffles: Shows medical staff, stretchers, and heated confrontations on the pitch.
Referee Perspective: Dynamic close-ups for fouls, cards, and offside decisions.
Technical Enhancements
Steadycam Effect & Tripod Mode: Thanks to newly implemented smooth-follow algorithms (Position Lerp & Rotation Slerp), shaky movements are compensated for. For penalties, the camera locks into a rigid "Tripod Mode."
Extensive Configuration: Customize almost every aspect via your BepInEx configuration file, including FOV, position, rotation, and slow-mo factors.
Bug Fixes & Improvements
Spectator Glitch Fixed: Resolved an issue where spectators in the stadium would sometimes disappear or display incorrectly during camera events.
UI Visibility Repaired: Fixed a bug where the user interface (UI) and nameplates were not displaying correctly.
Improved Camera Focus: Target tracking via the internal match engine has been refined to minimize false focusing.
Installation
Ensure BepInEx (IL2CPP) is correctly installed for your game.
Unpack the downloaded .zip file.
Drag the contained folder into your BepInEx/plugins directory.
Start the game and enjoy your highlights at a broadcast TV level!
Note: This is a modification for advanced users. After the first game launch, a configuration file will be generated in the
BepInEx/configfolder, where you can fine-tune all camera coordinates and event timings to your liking.

It just zooms in of the ball in the net not the player .
Joni9
Okay. Can you send me your BepInEX log output? That should work!
GuruOfNauru
Brilliant idea! Is there maybe a way to adjust stuff like zoom and angle?
Joni9
Not yet! But we're adding the ability to customize this in the config π Thanks!
GuruOfNauru
Awesome!

Damien FMalteser
Is it normal that when it's zoomed in, there is no crowd?
Joni9
That's normal, I still need to find a solution for it.

Such a good mod. I didn't realize how much we needed this hahaha. A small thing, and it could be intentional, should the UI and the scoreboard disappear when the action cam triggers or is it a bug? (Also, any progress on the fans and the skies/lighting?)
Joni9
Thank you so much! I'm glad you like it!
The UI disappearing is more of a bug than intentional, but previous attempts to make it visible have broken everything. However, there are plans to make it visible somehow!
To be honest, I'm not even sure what the problem is with the fans, because it occurs in Bassyboy's stadium and the standard FM stadiums. I'm honestly stumped at the moment, and what the AI is doing about it so far isn't helping at all. Until then, I can recommend the + button to temporarily remove the fans to avoid getting a migraine! (only in Bassyboy stadiums).
What exactly do you mean by skies/lighting?
By the way, you can play around with the camera settings in the BepInEX/config/ file and personalize them!
GuruOfNauru
The skies rerender (idk if that is the right term π , but appear again every time) which I think is why the lighting is also a bit brighter. Very small details though, mod is a 10/10 π
Joni9
Wow, I hadn't even noticed that! Thanks for the feedback! I see what I can do π
Thank you!
_forzainter_
The problem with the fans is simply how Bassy handle the rendering of the fans it renders based on the first camera
Joni9
I've already solved the problem; a new update will be released tomorrow! But thanks! ππ»
_forzainter_
ho great π thank you a lot for your work
alexdesouza101010
Why does this keep happening?
Joni9
Why? Because that's a second camera, and the viewers you see are the ones visible on the first camera; only those are displayed. But don't worry, the problem is solved. Just a few more minor tweaks, and tomorrow a new version will be released where the problem is gone, the UI is visible, and there will be some cool new cameras!
