FM24 Player and Staff Updates

Not sure if this is the right thread but the update for FM24 the transfer update is currently showing all the transfers up September last year? Not sure if its just the wrong files has been updated? 

I’m not sure where To request this or where to put it

Hi there, on last check Spurs were down as qualified for the champions league in Season 1 in the latest Fm24 updates. Can anyone point me in the right direction for a fix for this? Whether it's a manual fix or a download, I would appreciate any help. The pre-game editor is a bit complicated to me and I have barely ever used.

Can someone edit Phil Jones (28027433) so his wage is not £24k p/w on the FM24 data for Sheff Utd.

I can't get rid of him for less than 1.9mil!

Thanks for pointing me to the answer. Hopefully in the future there will be an easy way to maintain these changes too, but I can totally understand that it means another mountain of work right now.

I was wrong about Woodensky Pierre by the way. He does exist in the database.

In general, we have a function that allows anyone to submit missing players. The best jump-off point for doing that is from here: https://sortitoutsi.net/football-manager-data-update/attributes

However, I think the player you're mentioning does exist, under a slightly different name: https://sortitoutsi.net/football-manager-data-update/person/2000252837. Looking at the database data, he is in both FM24 and FM26.

how do i request changes for new board(chairman and board of directors) for a club?

Looks correct on mine, Xabi Alonso Chelsea manager and Rosenior is unemployed…. assuming you're referring to FM24?

Be worth checking you don't have any conflicting files that contain transfers/staff moves etc, but looks fine on mine and I'm only using the files from this this update.

hi how do i add new players as tottenham have put out a list of new players that have joined their under 18s team and wondered how i add them if they dont exist in the game like zion eccles

There is a web form that guides you through the process and, once approved, those players will then be integrated into the Data Update.

what if i dont know the attributes of the players tho.  can i still upload them 

There are certain things that are mandatory, as prompted by the form.

In general, as a minimum, it’s good to fill in the basic details (Name, DOB, Nationality, Preferred Foot, Position). Anything beyond that is great, if known, but not strictly necessary.

Just give it a try and see how you get on. All submissions get moderated so you’re not going to cause any problems if you do something incorrectly.

As a test buddy, I picked a new Spurs u18 player (who hasnt already been created) and I was able to submit him as a new youth player….it is pretty straight forward enough and as @M.C said, stick to the basic details and job's a good'n! With regards to attributes, just select their preferred role from the drop-down (in this case I went for “winger”) and the game will pre-populate attributes based on their CA, Position, and Role….

I picked random CA and PA figures….I normally do around 60 CA and -7 PA for standard new Premier League youth, unless they are known superstars etc (no offence Melvyn Kabongolo)!

Once he gets approved you can go in and make any changes you think are more accurate.

If it helps, the reason all of your submissions are coming up as Invalid are because you're failing to select at least one position for the players in question. At least one position needs to be set to a ‘natural’ level (i.e. a rating of 20) to validate the submission.

As an aside, when making your submissions please try to take care on ensuring the name is input in the full, correct standard (including things like capitalisation).
