⚽ Ultimate Matchball Megapack – FM24 / FM26
Hello FM Community!
I’m proud to present my Ultimate Matchball Megapack for Football Manager 2024–2026, featuring 130+ custom 3D matchballs designed to enhance realism and immersion in your saves.
This megapack includes a wide variety of competition-specific matchballs, complete with winter versions and special knockout-stage designs for major tournaments — giving decisive matches the atmosphere they deserve.

Each ball has been carefully crafted to improve authenticity and visual variety throughout your season.
All textures are HD wherever possible.
If anyone has access to higher-resolution references that could improve certain balls, contributions are always welcome!

This project builds upon the fantastic work of @bartdude and @JakDevlin , whose original 3D Balls Match Pack inspired this expansion.
I’ve refined, updated, and extended their work with additional leagues, details, and variations.
Special thanks to @DashingDaz8 for the go-ahead, valuable files, and continuous support.
This megapack is a community-driven effort — feedback, suggestions, and requests are always appreciated!
🔧 Installation Instructions
Download the megapack file.
Extract the balls zip file.
Move the balls folder to:
Documents\Sports Interactive\Football Manager 20XX\graphics\
(Create any missing folders if necessary and overwrite all the existing files.)
Restart Football Manager (FM26).
If playing on FM24, reload your skin.
⚠️ Important – Clean Installation Required
Please make a clean installation by deleting your old balls folder before extracting this new version.
Starting from this release, the pack uses a new folder structure, organised by continents and nations, with subfolders for better organisation and easier future updates.
Keeping old files may cause conflicts or prevent certain balls from loading correctly.
🔁 Alternative & Brands Folder Instructions
If you want to use a ball inside the alt or brands folder:
Rename the original ball by adding -OLD at the end
(Example: ENG-premierleague → ENG-premierleague-OLD)
Copy the new ball into the appropriate folder
Rename it with the original file name
(Example: ENG-premierleague)
If you want to use a clubs or nations ball inside the 0-Generic Balls folder, simply rename the xml file from config_alt.xml to config.xml
🎮 FM26 Users
For an even better experience in some top-tier leagues, it is possible to use the balls included in the “FM26 3D Stadium Megapack” made by @BassyBoyYT .
⚠️ Important Notice
This megapack is and will always remain completely free.
Recently, I’ve been informed that some people are redistributing this pack while asking money for access. Please note that this project is shared freely with the community and must never be sold, monetized, or placed behind any kind of paywall.
A huge amount of time, research, and passion goes into creating and maintaining these matchballs. I do this for the community and for the love of the game.
Starting from this version, small and almost invisible details have been embedded within some files. These will help me identify unauthorized redistributions if necessary.
If you appreciate the work and would like to support it, you’re very welcome to offer me a coffee — but that’s entirely optional and never required.

While many balls have been tested in-game, I haven’t had the chance to test every single one.

ciao leggo il post da ieri comunque io parlo non della nazionale ma dei club o preso un pallone che mi piace per la serie a lo cambiato con il pallone che e nella cartella coppiado il nome vecchio del pallone di serie a italiana e funziona, lo so che non centra nulla ma penso che vostro problema dovete vedere nelle stringhe scritte dei palloni se sono scritte giuste, perchè esempio se manca una virgola. o un nome e sbagliato, o manca una lettera su una singola stringa tutta la mod non funziona e io rammento uso ancora fm 24 ciao

Si, il procedimento che hai fatto è perfetto, però nel caso in cui ci sia un conflitto di ID tra club e competizioni, nel caso dei palloni, il gioco predilige quello della competizione.
Bisognerebbe trovare quale è la stringa che bypassa questo problema.

e lo so, ma lavoro e lungo, sappiatelo. perchè lavoro sempre diverso esempio io sono da anni che per miei fm anche passati quando mancava una foto ovviamente di giocatori giovani mettevo dei visi salvati da mod e se x esempio dovevo mettere 10 facce nuove erano 10 stringhe scritte, ecco perche dico lavore e lungo se volete correggerlo.

First of all, thank you for the update.
However, this isn't a full version, is it? Because, unlike the previous version, three folders are missing (Asia, North-Center America, Oceania).
That means the update should be copied over the existing version, right?
EDIT: If it is just an update to the full version, it would make sense to offer the full version for download as well. That way, anyone who doesn't yet have the full version can simply download the full verion an then the update.
Alternatively, a new full version is offered for download instead of just an update.
In my opinion, offering only the update for download is not the best approach.

My bad, i didn't enable the first download.
The update should be only a copy-paste that overwrites, where possible, the old matchballs.
When more balls will be released, i'll prepare a new megapack that will subsitute the actual combo.
