Decided to have one last long term career on FM 13.
Leagues Loaded: India, England, USA, Hungary, Romania, Argentina, China + Singapore.

Started unemployed and not really too sure where I'm going with this, will just see what happens. I've taken the job at Air India and out of 14 sides, we are predicted to finish 9th. Hopefully I can do well in India and then move over to Hungary or Romania if given the opportunity.

I have no staff so that will need looking at and will be earing 1.2k a week which is a pretty tidy amount. Going to try and motivate this game as money over loyalty and success, meaning if I get a job offer with more money, I'm leaving.

Looking at the finances, we're pretty fucked but it's better this way in the long run. I had these two piles of shit thieving a combined £20k a week, no chance they would be staying and earning more than me. They have both been released and I now have £18k wage budget to spend on new players.

Decided I'll be looking at bringing in a few foreigners if possible. I'll give an update on the squad and new players and that when I've had a look at them all.

My first recruitment as manager is to bring in this guy as my assistant. He will be my assistant for the entirety of my career and plan on taking him from club to club with me.

I haven't got a clue who he is and his stats are shit but he had a cool name. I looked for him on Google and this picture came up, really hope it's this guy.

Looking to bring in loads of kids to build for the future of this football club. As the standard of league is pretty shit, all of these will be starting players for me. I've brought in players based on whether their names are cool or they are freaks of nature and stupidly tall for their age. Two of the keepers I've brought in are nearly 7ft, some freakishly tall Indian kids.

I have also brought in some Nigerian gems who will be my star men upfront and fill up 2 of my 4 foreigner places allowed. I saw that Malsumzwala guy too and couldn't turn him down with a name like that.

I will post screenies of which players are good enough and that and will update my squad before the season starts. The squad already had around 35 players when I joined and I'm looking at adding another 25, making the squad size 55 players. As I want this to be my own side, I will be getting rid of pretty much all the players that weren't brought to the club by me.

Right, my season is about to start and I think I have finally got my squad ready. I have brought in a mix of young freaky Indians and some Nigerians to play upfront whom will hopefully do the job for me.

Goalkeepers

Meher will be my starting goalkeeper- he's only 19 and looks pretty good. The other two keepers are them BFG's, both 16 and 6ft 10.

Defenders

My defence is a mix of shit and youth. Dalim is highest rated out of my squad, expected to be a leading player in this really high standard of league... probably like 4724024702402 below the Conference in England. So in other words, Dalim may make the Indian Paralympic F team.

Midfielders

Alex Patil another 16 year old is my star man. The rest are shit.

Strikers

Ali, Junior and Hamza are my super Nigerians. Malsumzwala has a cool name and Miranda sounds and looks like a girl.

STAR MEN

India's future number 1.

My best defender and he's 16. Shows the immense quality I have in this squad.

Capped for India under 19's- my favourite player in this team. It's early days but I expect to take him from club to club- I like this guy.

Captain Fantastic.

The Indian Messi.

Junior, no relation to former Leeds star Roque Junior.

My master plan of buying loads of Nigerians has already fucked up as I've had to release Hamza without playing a game for us. He arrived 15 days ago, didn't play a game, couldn't register him and paid him off to leave with £22k- what an easy way for him to make money.

More importantly, the Indian David Beckham is moving up in the world.

Got my first games of the season out of the way. In India, they play the Durand Cup before the season starts, not too sure what it is but we lost in the final.

Got another small cup next and then the league starts.

Right, that's the pre season cups over and done with. Used them as a chance for my younger players to blend in and felt it went well, especially considering all of the off field problems currently at the club.

Season starts now, will update every ten or so matches.

I have allways found that looks and name are the most important attributes when manageing in lower leagues. You don't want to jump the FGR bandwagon again?

Sounds like an interesting project, never managed in India before but standard looks very poor.

Silly question perhaps, but what tool do you use for editing your screenshots. For some reason I can't do a Print Screen on FM and need to hit F12 and retrieve it from the Steam folder. Is there an easier way?

I have a Macbook so there's a cutting tool on that- don't think Windows have one. Just print screen and trim them in Paint then upload with imgur.

Air India - First Season (1/3)

Hmmmm, well this India place is actually quite hard. We sit just above the relegation zone with a third of the season gone. However, I take absolutely none of the blame- I blame the owners for putting myself and my players through the trauma of nearly entering administration. On the pitch, we don't have too much to shout about either. None of my players are really standing out, maybe Junior at a push but that's at an absolute push.

My job's already under pressure- my Indian adventure may be ending early, hope not.

Just seen this and we are officially the worst paying club in the whole of Indian football. We are paying most of them about £35 a week, not a clue how they are even living let alone attempting to play football. We are now in administration but haven't had a points deduction. Unfortunately a lot of the players I signed in the Summer are out of contract at the end of the season and because we're in admin, we can only offer them £25 a week so a lot will be leaving if we manage to avoid relegation.

Woo, I can now offer £1.4k on 'key players'. It's January now so looking to bring in some Indian superstars and get winning some games. Hopefully this can be the start of something special for us.

Air India - Season One (2/3)

So, with ten matches to play we are currently sitting in the relegation zone. As FM only have one division loaded in India, if we get relegated I will lose my job and that's actually something I don't want. We're on bad form at the moment but it's start of the transfer window now and the chairman has given me a bit of money, hopefully we can stay up.

My first signing is that of Argentinian forward Alexis Libonatti. At the age of 21, he looks a quality player for this league and to be honest, I'm not sure why he's decided to join us. He's been playing in the lower leagues of Argentina but has decided to try India to see if he can hack it.

He becomes our highest paid player and has signed a 5 year deal. I never seem to learn do I? If he ends up shit, I can't afford to get rid of him. He's taking up one of my three foreign players meaning I'm pretty much stuck with him for 5 seasons.

My second Argentinian signing and he fills my final foreign spot. He's quite old but has also signed a 5 year deal and becomes my highest paid player- his stats are so much better than anybody in my team at the moment, despite his age. I have very high hopes for this guy, hope he doesn't let me down.
