He is now in the FM db with an ID of 28084778. for FM14 and beyond only, so it's worth cutting and holding on for a few months

IDs which start with 1394... are almost always players created in an editor data file and are therefore not in the official SI database. Since these are only of use to those who are using that particular editor data file, they are not included in the megapack.
