Didn't Everton have something like that as a keeper's kit a few years back?

Aye.

That's the one that Tim Howard wore when he scored against either Wigan or Bolton.

They also made these beautiful kits for Japanese side Sagan Tosu

I think it's good to see suppliers give different, more "out there" designs a try. Our first pink and grey kit was a smash hit for Greaves and the club as well if you get it right.

But Warrior are putting way too much thought into it. Push the envelope, aye, but don't be too garish, the Sevilla B kit up there and the Liverpool away and third kits are absolutely rank.

In all fairness, i can see all kits being that sort of stuff in the next 5 years.

and with only 6 days till the 1st game of the season we still haven't released a home shirt, so I imagine we'll be playing in skins

With 2 days to go you have one now:

Pretty naff.

I know its dreadful, looks like an Everton shirt being pulled out of a Tesco bag and the WanDisco sponsor is such a rush job

I really don't get why some teams have away kits that have a substantial amount of their home colour as an away strip.

Admittedly this is from someone whose team has had white and black away kits before.

Tbh I think it's the first time we've done it in a long time, if even ever that I remember. The only upside of it could mean that we would play in our 3rd kit a couple times more.

It's not too shabby really, but they shouldn't have put so much blue, considering it's their home colours.

It looks gross. Personally, I think away kits should be the same as the home kit, just with inverted colours.

That said, I've always had a soft-spot for this old Arsenal kit:

It's actually not bad. Better than the other uses of that template, like Swindon and Swansea's terrible kits with that one.

Suppose you kinda have to given the amount of blue on your main away strip.

Aye, that's not too bad to be fair.

Think it would look better if the stripes on the top were red as well.

How on earth would that work for Newcastle, Sunderland, Stoke & any other team who play in stripes?
