Extract the file to your Users\<your name>\Documents\Sports Interactive folder and let it overwrite to update the configs - you can also just copy/paste into your chosen location if you're happy doing it that way.
Sorry, but I uploaded #12 before this was posted so it will have to wait until next time I'm afraid.

It's entirely optional and needs a new game to work, but causes no conflicts with the Fix File afaik. It's just while researching you come across changes and i just log them while I have the editor open.
The Real Name File is infinitely more flexible and up to date so I would use that instead tbh.

I do not understand your post but every Czech team has a logo in the pack if that was the question.
