I was expecting that kind of problem,yeah,it's impossible to make it real,but in such case you need to erase those tiny hair parts,no harm done .On the other hand....you see those red spills around necklines?Lock transparent pixels,then use Smudge tool with around 50% and go drag the cursor from the inside of the neck (5-6 pixels far from the line) to the outside.You'll quickly understand what's the trick

Oh I see; smudge is a lot easier than clone stamp for those smaller areas, thanks.
