I've completely cut out caffeine from my diet in the last 2 weeks and my legs have been aching alot since, not sure if its as a result of the caffeine cut or just coincidence but its annoying as fuck

I've 6 foot 3 and used to weigh about 11 stone because of reasons. Now I'm a more healthy weight but every time I look at myself in the mirror I'm "oh wow I've put on so much weight that's not good" because apparently I'm a massive woman.

Tbh ive found it easy to cut it out, i was drinking far to much coke and fizzy drink so cut all that out as well. Got to the point i was drinking it even when i wasn't that keen on the taste. Its pretty nuts how much caffeine fucks with you though.

I flitter around 10st 10 and about 11 and a half. Trying to put on more muscle at the minute, but I find it really hard to tell myself to eat enough to put on muscle because as soon as I look at the scales going up I just assume I'm getting fat.

I rarely drink fizzy drinks. When I'm around the house, I only drink tap water with a few ice cubes in. Much prefer it to the taste to coke as well.

Yeah and just because it won't kill you and has some benefits doesn't mean it's good for you really, it has its down sides just as much as its up sides.
