Danny Murphy just flipped everything he said after HT. Seriously he said 'bottom 3' a 10 times in the first half. Then when the main commentator said Newcastle are only a point behind Spurs, Murphy said the table doesn't take shape until December.

Praised his former manager Alan Pardew for his tactical nous. Then spent most of the game having a go at Lamela. And suggesting he's only in the team because he's an Argie, and Spurs are crying out for his former team mate Aaron Lennon (who did nowt).

Newcastle put on Haidara for Perez late on and went to LW. When Murphy was told he was a LB, he said 'to help deal with Lennon'.

Thought we well deserved a point, but our luck turned here. And Cabella was actually good/

Robbie Savage just said on 5 Live that he doesn't think Luke Shaw is an "out and out left back".

I'd say say he's more of a false 3.

Pathetic. I knew it'd be bad but not this bad. Don't know why Lennon never gets a start, Lamela has done nothing to justify his constant selection. He cuts inside every time, tries some pointless tricks and loses the ball. Dembele, Kane & Lennon should be starting. Don't really understand how we took 7 points from Arsenal, West Ham and Southampton this season with the utter crap football we play.

RVP should've had that on the line, no idea why Rafael was marking Drogba either. No idea why Van Gaal is sticking with Van Persie so much either with the horrendously average performances he's been giving all season.

Di Marias crossing has been shit, and its probably the only way you could score right now cause Chelsea are pressing very well and not giving you much space in their half. Van Persie might aswell come off, playing like Balotelli atm, might as well get someone to run for you

He really was. As was Chris Smalling who once again showed that he's a very good defender, even looked like he knew what a football was when it was at his feet today too.

Should have had a penalty early on but it doesn't change the fact that we basically dropped two points due to Mourinho just giving them up... I love the man but it is getting stupid now. Especially when we are the better team.

We could really do with a win against QPR tonight after four straight defeats, and not even scoring a solitary goal in that time.

Robbed of a penalty for either of the 2 Chelsea plays held in the box from the same corner. We went too defensive, fucking annoys me as well when JM tries to settle for the 1-0 like we used to do. Should be pushing for a second to kill the game.

Utd were average though, nothing about them really impresses me either. Fortunate to come away with a point.

Only good thing is that I can see City only getting a draw next week and that will be good.

Its what makes it frustrating. The goals we concede come from stupid individual errors which undoes 89 minutes of being pretty well organised ever since that Leicester game. Even yesterday I think Chelsea actually only broke us done once, which was actually a good move, for that Hazard chance before their goal (which came from the pretty basic error of two people marking the wrong people from a corner).

Despite, Chelsea fans 'hurr durr we're the best team in the world routine' we would have been very hard done by to lose yesterday and had the better of the chances. But I have a feeling we'll lose to you, you're always up for the derby and your main problem seems to be motivation.
