Another very ordinary performance from us for the majority of that game.

Don't like Russell Brand, but that was quite funny.

One of the commentators is pronouncing it "Sterbing". Annoying.

Edit: Since I've posted that, he has stopped.

With the introduction of Lambert and Coutinho, the game has livened up a little bit. It was boring as fuck before that.

Liverpool looked a lot better when Rodgers made the 2 changes around the 60 minute mark. Hull were hanging on really last 30 minutes. Some really good last ditch tackles/blocks from them though.

West Ham again were impressive today.

If Chelsea beat us tomorrow then it looks like they'll run away with it.

I do it all the time, in fact watching a game usually makes me want to play FM.

Got a feeling we'll end up with a draw. I know Newcastle are shit, but i've not been convinced by Pochettino at all so far. Can't go to the game but it would've been nice to be able to go to see the Bill Nicholson tributes.

A knack of getting a win when they need to. And an insane amount of luck.

I went to bed last night feeling we could get something from Spurs, but our starting 11 looks dreadful.

Commentators really are stealing a living.

"Newcastle need more OOMPH."

They don't offer any sort of analysis or enlightenment into the game. All they do is regurgitate the same cliched opinions from week to week.

Diego Costa not on the team bus that arrived at OT. Wouldn't surprise me if hes still involved. Mourinho loves playing games.

I see where his coming from, apart from two defensive brain farts West Brom created literally nothing (scored from their only two shots on goal), had something like 22 shots ourselves, controlled the tempo well (even if it was too slow for my liking) and had something like 65% possession.

There's a long way between that and playing well, but on another night we'd have won that game easily 2 or 3 nil. Imperative that we get a settled back four now, I'm waiting for the inevitable news that Jones got injured last night but him and Rojo looked to have the begininings of a good partnership, and just need to build an understanding.

A week late, but fucking hell. Injured himself again yesterday apparently.
