I bought the pre-game but since it officially came out steam won't let me play it? Any ideas what to do?

For one thing, you have to give us more details. Is an error message being displayed? Is it crashing upon loading?

Secondly, you're more likely to have a satisfactory answer over on the official forums...

Check with your retailer. If you didn't buy the game directly from Steam you may need a second code as they tend to give you 1 for the Beta release and 1 for the full game

Yes, you'll need to switch from your beta code to a code for the full release that your retailer should have sent you on release day.
