Chad Fontaine
Chad Fontaine was born in Bruges, Belgium on New Years Day in 1994. He is the only child of Lukas Fontaine, who was born in Bruges and Catherine Shea, who was originally from Ireland. A product of Manchester United's famous youth academy he burst onto the scene at the age of just 16 and was set for a bright future at Old Trafford according to Sir Alex Ferguson.
Things didn't quite go to plan as disaster struck on his 17th birthday as Fontaine was an injured passenger in a tragic car accident that ultimately cost him his career. The creative midfielder suffered major structural damage to his right knee and hip, specialists delivering the heartbreaking news to the teenager that he'd never play professional football again.
Almost four years on from that incident the Belgian is about to enter the world of football management. The charismatic 20 year old who can speak Dutch, English, French, German and Irish has set his sights on becoming the greatest manager ever.

So above is the basic information for Chad Fontaine. He's got a professional football background and has acquired a Continental B Licence or a UEFA B Licence as it's also known. I've kept my coaching and mental attributes quite balanced to begin with, just so I'm not lacking in one particular area whilst looking for employment opportunities.
Fontaine will be looking for employment in Australia, England, France, Germany, Holland, Italy, Portugal, Scotland and Spain. The hope is to secure a job that will allow the young manager a chance to gain valuable experience in the dugout without any major interference from the clubs board and given his lack of experience that may mean waiting until the festive period when clubs start to sack under performing managers and turn to a new manager to come rescue their season.

We showed real character to hold Manchester United to a 0-0 draw at home as I picked up my first point in the league and we fought back from 2-0 down at Stamford Bridge to deny Chelsea victory. My finest hour for the club was either beating Manchester City 4-1 after trailing 1-0 or leading the club to a very unexpected Capital One Cup final at Wembley.

The reason behind my decision was pretty much the new stadium that West Ham would be getting. I figured after a year or two we'd be bringing in more money and be able to make a really good push at European football by strengthening the squad. Unfortunately it wasn't to be and it's back to the drawing board.
