Regen Replacement Help

I've replaced generated faces with actual pictures before, in FM12 and I've had no problem with it.
However, now I have three actual regens that I want to add a picture to and after loading everything and doing the process just like on FM12, I still only see the regen faces and I can't go on playing like this!
Help? Pop in the chat room if possible, I'm in there.

I used to love years ago sending my face in to be randomly associated with a regen. Had a right chuckle looking through some of the pics. Can't remember what version it was, maybe Champ Man.

That's the thing mons. On the last game, I could do this easily.

Same problem for me , i can change the picture for a real player but not for a regen .

Exactly the same problem for me...everything else works fine graphics wise, it's just changing the faces of the regens.

Hope someone can come up with a solution.

No probs, sorry it ook so long...took ages to actually find a regen lol.

Just tested naming a regen image by the UID and creating a config for that image using fmXML and bam...didn't work for me either....

Hrm....not sure what to suggest I'll investigate with people that know more than me....
