Premium Downloads Offline?

Hi, paid for the Premium membership and I'm trying to download the logos/face megapacks. After about 30 seconds of clicking the download link, goes to a page saying the server is offline.

When will it be back online?

It only seems to affect the larger files, downloaded the name fixes just fine.

Can you give a sceenshot of the page so that I can see the error

I've been getting the same or perhaps a similar error. However after couple of retries the download has now started for me. Anyway, I'm not here to hijack the thread or anything just to give you the screenshot you've asked for.

Happening to me also...

Hi, I paid for premium membership this morning, but every time I attempt a download, it asks me to upgrade to premium membership.
Any ideas....?

Also note after the following happens then I'm unable for example to browse the site anymore. I get the following error page anywhere on the site. I need to clear your sites cookies to resolve the problem.

I don't think it's a case of the downloads being inaccessible then I don't think.

Does this only happen when you try and download?

Yes, it only happens when I try to download something.

Anyway I see 504 Gateway timeout and 503 Service unavailable HTTP status codes returned to me when it happens.

For me it is only when I try to download the large files. For example, I can download the Real Names file and the Team Kit files just fine.

I can also continue to browse the site after the error screen comes up.

Is there a way to download the large files split but still with premium?

I think that should be fixed now. Really sorry about that our caching was being a bit too aggressive and trying to cache 5gb files, which isn't very efficient

Hi, I just subscribed for the annual membership and tried downloading the face mega pack.

It just goes back to the same page and tells me to subscribe. I've tried logging out and re-logging. Did not work.

Any help would be appreciated.
