Existing pictures gone after megapack download

Not sure if this is the right part of the site to put this in. I downloaded the mega facepack, all 12 parts and put them into the game database, they are fine but the players faces which were originally in the game have all gone. Can anyone help please?

Thanks mate, i am not sure this is the same problem? That archive stuff looks complicated.

Post in the technical support thread in the same forum as the above post with your query then, seems to me like you either installed the megapack incorrectly or you are missing some files.
