This is my usual type of career. I've played around with a few careers that I just can't get into on FM16, but now it's time to go on an epic journey around the world. I aim to win every trophy in the game. I'm playing on FM Touch as it's more streamlined and I think I can progress quicker and keep my interest high.
I've started with loading just the South African leagues up and I am currently unemployed. I will be posting an update before a season, half way through and at the end of the season.
So, what am I waiting for, lets get going.

My First Job in Management!
Vasco Da Gama Cape Town
This was the first job that I applied for, and they immediately offered me the job. Not bad going eh? They currently reside in the South African National First Division which is a the first league I have set in my sights. A tough challenge to start with but I think I can get off to a good start and challenge for the league.
LETS GO VASCO, LETS GO

January 2016
So the first half of the season has been completed, and it's definitely been a mixed bag for me. A hell of a lot of draws and a few wins dotted here and there with a loss or two added into the equation has left us in 3rd position come January.
Amazulu lead the way and having just lost to them, it's going to be a tough task to pull that gap back but I feel like we can do this. I'll be tweaking my tactics so that we can try and score more goals to get rid of the draws and turn them into wins!
Player wise, the outstanding performer has been Skhumbuzo Mazbuko who leads the way with a rating of 7.28 and new signing Njabulo Ntsui who I have high hopes for in this team. Recently he's started chipping in with a goal or two so hopefully he can increase that effort and go on to win us the league.
Next update will be at the end of the season.
LETS GO VASCO, LETS GO

Two Trophies in my First Season?
So it's the end of my first season in charge in South Africa! What a season we have had. Last update we were sitting in 3rd in the table with a fairly big points gap between us and first place! Did that change?
Somehow, after a great run of form we were left in a dogfight for the title. Two games to go and one of them against Amazulu. We beat Amazulu 3-0 in a slaughtering which left us 1 point off the top with 1 game to go. I didn't expect to win the league as Amazulu would surely win against a lower ranked team! Alas, we drew our last game and somehow Amazulu lost! It went to goal difference, of course ours was superior by +12 goals!
CHAMPIONS
To top that, we went on a ridiculous run of form in the cup! Beating two teams in the higher division along the way which led us to a final match up against Sundowns! The biggest David and Goliath match up ever seen in South African football I expected nothing.
Nothing is what I got, but I can take great heart from the performances from the lads! Next year will be the year for the cup!
Player of the Season for me was Njabulo Ntsui who I tipped to be player of the season at the half way mark. With an average rating of 7.59 and 9 goals to go with that he had an incredible season! What a great signing if I do say so myself!
Next up: A new season for Vasco? Or do I change clubs in search of more trophies?
