Hello.
I downloaded the update transfers to FM 16. However , I can not select the Spanish league - a box appears with the error " Maximum 20 teams to B3 division , founded 21 " .
What can I do ?

I have the same problem, and also I can't select England because of missing clubs in the Football League. I haven't got any other versions of live updates, and the only thing else in that folder is the license fix by you.

The update is only guaranteed to work if you use it's file on their own, any others (including the license fix, it's made by somebody else on the staff not the update team) can and will conflict with it, sadly I simply cannot offer fixes for any conflicts made my other files, even if it's a set from this website, they sadly do conflict.

I think you guys should find a way to fix that. It'a not optimally (I think) that you can't play with the latest update and also have a competition called Champions League

I use the license fix supplied by @mons and the live update and don't have an issue.

I would suggest you delete all older files from the live update, this is quite a common problem with a lot of people as they think over-writing things is what is needed to be done. In fact I would delete ALL the files in the editor data file, re-download the live update and licence fix and re-apply it.

I have a feeling also that you have not placed all the files from within the .zip file and the folder that appears inside the .zip individually inside the editor data folder.

It might have something to do with the folders. I only have 1600 and 1601. Which one?

The update only works with 16.3 .... so 1630!

There is your problem, you need to update your game.
