Facepacks/kits...etc, Loading Times

Hi guys,

When I first installed FM it loaded pretty quickly.

However, once I'd put all of my old facepacks and kits...etc into the FM17 folders, it now takes about SEVEN minutes for the game to load.
The game also takes that long when I reload the skin.

I don't remember FM16 taking this long to load, and I had facepacks and kits installed on that.

Any advice to get past this?
It's taking sooooo long to load each time.
Any advice would be amazing.
Is there a way around this? Do I need to do something differently?
