Looking for one old football (soccer) player manager

Ladies and Gentlemen, Brothers and Sisters, Comrades, Friends...

I am looking for one (around 10 years) old football (soccer) manager:

- it was probably some PC desktop freeware manager
- you played in a match as a player using few keyboard keys
- you could buy things like better car (maybe even a boat or yacht) with money
