Hi I wonder if anybody is able to help me.

I recently had to wipe all of my HD, I have re-installed FM17 and am now un-able to see any downloaded graphics faces, kits or logo's.
Also whenever I put anything into the graphics folder, I am unable to see any of the games default logos or black player faces.
any help resolving these issues would be greatly appreciated.

Can you give us a screenshot of the location you're putting the graphics in please? Displaying clearly the path please.

Also can you please check that your preferences are set up in this way?

I will do a post for FM17 running before the graphic pack was added and one after so you can see what I mean.

just to make it clear I have previously had graphic add ons for player faces, kits and badges all running in my game fine, before my re-install.

so attached are before I added the player faces.

@jenkobuster Looks like you only have the faces right? And no other graphics?

The fact that there is an empty space where Janssen's cutout should be is generally an indication that the config file is there but the cutout isn't. You should have 175,000+ images in your faces folder. Is this the case? All the faces should be in one folder and one folder only (i.e. no sub-folders).

176,736 items in the folder, and the config file is present.

I did try to install other graphics but had a similar problem, when I installed club badges the default club badges disappeared.

Should be fine if that's the case then, hmm.

Can I see inside the faces folder? Are you sure there's no sub-folders inside it?

Can you upload your config file? Perhaps there's something wrong there.

But tbh, I really don't think it's the case

thanks for all your help, much appreciated. cant wait for the regens to kick in lol.

I have re-installed it three times, downloaded different facepacks etc. ive tried everything.

I'm completely mystified by this point. Everything you say indicates that the pack should work without any problems, and yet it doesn't!

One last throw of the dice, have you installed any update packs for the cutout megapack?

No it wouldn't. You didn't change the user data folder from Steam somehow, did you? Clutching at straws now here tbh - everything you've shown me is as it should be and I have no idea what's wrong
