3D kits Technical Help Thread

help. i have downloaded all the files of 3d kit of 12/13. i put them in C/:user/my documents/sport interactive/football manager 12/graphics/kits/3d folder and unticked use cache and ticked reload skin on confirm. but it wont work and when i see a team profile(like manchaster utd) the default kit appear not the 3d kit. before i had downloaded the normal 2d kit (SS/LS/standard i dont remember) and it worked. but not with 3d. i am using fm 12 instead of 13!!! please someone help.....and i dont know what or how to create config what ever it is!! help iam new to fm

Is there anyway I can use fm 2013 3d kits on my fm 2010? I tried it and it didn't show up correctly, and where can I download fm 2010 3d kits? I only found few kits from searching.

Can you show us some pictures for real kits - Ternana home, Juve Stabia and Virtus Lanciano for 13/14?

if true, then they can replace and remake.

Hi,

I created a kit for a Dutch amateur team and now I'd like to recreate this on the pitch too.
Unfortunately I have absolutely no clue. I have tried a guide I found here but didn't get very far. That approach doesn't really work for me. I have used the template pack found here.

Does anyone have a good guide or approach on how to transform my nice looking kit to the pitch?

We are using FM2012 and the 3D kits are saved in a folder graphics/pictures/kits/3d/ and I've tried using a few other directories.

I'm having the same problem others have been having - I can get every other mod to work, including 3D kits for La Liga, the Championship, Serie A, but I cannot get the Premier League to work. Absolute nothing. Can somebody please give me an idea as to why?

File location is: graphics/kits/3dkits/Premier League 3D'13-14

I've also tried with no 3dkits. That folder also has the 3 leagues I mentioned above in it.

Does anyone know if it is possible to make 3d goalkeeper kits?
Also, is it possible to make for example two sets of home kits? As an example, Manchester United changes between using black or white colored shorts to the home kit depending on what team their playing.

Update on some 3D kits not showing in my Adeccoligaen pack (soon to be released)

After a painstakingly slow and boring work of re-editing the XML file, one team at a time, I managed to single out two clubs as a problem (that, in turns, prevented from working even those kits that were showing just fine before)
Then after removing the reference to a third kit that didn't exist in the db, and upon further one-by-one editing, everything seems to work as it should. (now even WITH the extra third kit)

I'm genuinely puzzled by how random and weird that was...

have you just re-update the pack or those in the download trhead is the oldest that don't work?
