For a starter, it's really quite good! Good work
The only things I've edited is that I removed a very small amount of rogue pixels around the head which were not the same colour of the hair, removed some of the shoulder on the right to give it a more symmetrical look and centred it:
I hope you feel comfortable enough to take on more cuts - I would suggest you start with the larger images with clear backgrounds for a start so that you can keep learning on the easier types of sources
