When you upload the image(s) to one of those sites, it should give you a link. Post in the correct thread; this is the facePACKS release thread so posting a single image in this thread would not be quite right.
If the image(s) you want to publish is already in the megapack, then post in the improvement image thread. If it is not in the megapack, then post in the missing image thread.
