You need to rename the file type as png and not PNG as the game does not read the latter.

Also, please try to avoid any extra effects when cutting images in order to maintain a natural look. To me, it seems that you've removed noise from the images to the extent that they look like waxworks, which is not ideal imo...

I've had time to see the cuts. Good work in general, however there were a handful of cuts with large swathes of snow around the head, as well as some cuts with white edges around the ears, chin or neck. I've fixed these myself by using the technique displayed in this video.

In order to avoid this in future cuts, I suggest that you change the transparency values (from edit > preferences > transparency) to display dark grid colours in transparent areas to easily be able to see white flecks against that background
