FM2018 Graphics bug

I ALWAYS play 2 teams in my save: Celtic & Liverpool.
The bug I have is that each time I play the second game (immediately following the 1st teams game) the fans shirts remain the same as the previous game!!
The attached pic is from my last Celtic game (away to Partick) and, as you can see, the fans are still showing as (from the preceding match Southampton v Liverpool) the Southampton & Liverpool shirts.
Please ensure this bug is fixed!!
