David De Gea's Face

Hi Guys

I've recently bought FM 2019 after a hammering FM 2008 for a good while ( and also having 2 kids and getting married!) and I'm struggling with a couple of things on the graphics. Just to make it plain I've been looking at this for a couple of days and I'm not a total novice, however lots of things seem to have been brought together in Megapacks and I've now spent a couple of days downloading various large packs that have not worked (in fairness I'm not that bothered about faces and badges from outside the EU as I don't really play the game at that depth).

I've downloaded the Faces Megapack and the Metallic badges pack twice (along with a a 2014 version of Man Utd pics just to get David De Gea's face) and it's not worked. To make it more frustrating I've downloaded a pack with the 2014 kits which works fine in the game but I still cannot see David De Gea's face or a PL badge. I've realised that:

David De Gea's face does not have an XML file associated with it in the graphics folder and that's why it doesn't work - where can I find a copy and paste version with instructions to make one please?
You can generate one using fmXML, as demonstrated in this video

I've got plenty of memory available but RAR will not extrapolate the Pictures or Badges Megapack download into the graphics folder as it says it's corrupt or there is a password error or not enough memory.
There's a difference between having enough memory (RAM) and enough space on your hard drive. How much space is free currently on your hard drive?

All the advice I seem to be able to see is from years ago (appreciate I'm catching up but it's frustrating when I've become a premium member) so can anyone give me some guidance on the above please, As I said I've been able to upload kits but the megapack is an issue and if there is somewhere I can just download European pics and badges to try and work this out without a 12G download I'd appreciate direction.
Instead of extracting the files you've downloaded straight to the graphics folder, could you extract them to a provisional folder elsewhere on your hard drive (a folder on your desktop, for example) then move them into your graphics folder after they have been extracted there?

I've also downloaded the TCS 19 Skin but it is not selectable in the preferences menu.
Are you sure you've installed it in the right place? Can I have a screenshot of where you've placed it?
