Hi
I have the new FM and have been given the Touch version free! How do i download this to my Ipad? In the app store it wants to charge £20 to download?

You can't.
The free Touch version is PC only. If you want to play on your tablet, then you have to purchase the dedicated Touch version for Ipad on the App Store.
